Mr. Rostick was born in Phildelphia and attended Temple University, where he obtained B.A. in Liberal Arts in 1974. While married with two children, he attended Temple University School of Law (now the Beasley School of Law), Evening Division, graduating in 1980. He initially worked for a large firm in Philadelphia, defending insurance companies, businesses and design professionals in property and casualty and subrogation claims.
In 1986 he left that firm and to practice in a small firm in Bucks County, where he expanded his practice to also represent individuals and businesses, not only in the court room but on matters involving other forms of legal counseling, such as setting up and running businesses, and estate planning. He opened his own private practice in 1997, and continued to expand his client base, as well as develop further his network of attorneys and other professionals to work with him on matters relating to other specialties. Mr. Rostick has compiled extensive experience in handling cases involving insurance subrogation, insurance coverage, property and casualty litigation and personal injury. In addition, the knowledge he developed during his career in the courtroom provides him with insight into what kinds of mis-steps result in lawsuits, and allows him to counsel individuals and businesses as to how to avoid the problems that result in litigation. His business counselling and estate planning activities are a natural result of that insight, and allow him to help people plan for the future. Mr. Rostick has been a featured speaker to insurance company representatives and other attorneys on issues involving subrogation and insurance coverage, and has written articles for insurance company publications. Mr. Rostick is a devoted family man, enjoying spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He is also an avid golfer, and enjoys cooking as a hobby.
